**Black Swan Brewing Company - Territory Sales Manager**

Black Swan Brewing Company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager for the SWO area. The territory will include, but is not limited to Kitchener-Waterloo, Guelph, Hamilton and London. Black Swan Brewing Company is a microbrewery located in the heart of Stratford, Ontario. We have a variety of top quality beers that have earned the respect of the beer community during the course of our years in business. We are growing

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Effectively planning and executing sales strategies in an efficient manner **Maintaining current, and gaining new licensee accounts**:

- Enhancing and strengthening current licensee relationships
- Responding to any licensee needs in a prompt and professional manor
- Cold calling prospective licensees
- Setting up sales meetings, and following up after meetings
- Attending events that have been set up in the territory, and setting up events with licensees Filling sales orders and coordinating deliveries
- Setting and hitting sales targets quarterly
- Accurately recording and reporting appropriate paperwork in a timely fashion
- Hold a post secondary degree or diploma with a focus in business or sales and marketing(or relevant work experience)
- Be extremely organized and efficient
- Communicate clearly, and with respectful confidence
- Have sales experience (in beer or alcoholic beverage industry preferred)
- Have a clean driving record
- Possess superior time management ability and ability to multi-task
- Have the ability and willingness to lift the occasional keg or case of beer
- Be self motivated, and able to work in a fast paced environment to meet goals
- Enjoy learning about all aspects of the Brewery and the Black Swan beer portfolio, and be excited to share that knowledge with others
- Have a willingness to work the occasional evening and weekends as needed
- Enjoy being around people and building relationships.

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
