Welldone Mechanical Services Inc., is a family owned company that has been serving Regina and Saskatoon for the last 57 years and we are growing We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Controller.

Welldone is an HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical services contractor and has been in business for over 55 years with locations in both Regina and Saskatoon. We are looking at exciting opportunities and are searching for a Controller to help us

**Duties include**:

- Managing direct reports
- Provide leadership to all departments
- Being a part of the management team to help make and meet company objectives
- Overseeing the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
- Monthly remittance of GST and PST
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts
- Preparation of Cash Flow reports
- Preparation of the annual budget
- Completing month end procedures, monthly financial statements, and activity management reports on a timely basis
- Interpretation and analysis of financial statements to provide information to facilitate effective decision making
- Establish and improve procedures and policies
- Assist other departments by developing and tracking KPIs
- Work with the Sales and Operations team to develop key objectives and gain efficiencies
- Build rapport and productive working relationships with customers, vendors, and other outside agents
- A bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting
- A minimum of 3 years of Financial and Cost Accounting experience
- The desire to interact, coach and communicate with the Operations/Sales management teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset and drive to be involved in leadership
- A passion for finding and improving existing procedures and utilizing new technologies
- Excellent organizational skills
- A strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel
- A desire for personal development and to take on new challenges
- High degree of accountability
