- Graduate of a Medical Office Assistant Program or Medical Terminology Certificate and equivalent in related experience
- One year related clerical experience in a health care/medical office clerical setting
- One year recent experience with computer software including Microsoft Office programs
- Accurate keyboarding skills with a minimum of 50 w.p.m.
- Ability to lift boxes containing health records, and tolerate periods of standing, bending and reaching overhead
