**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Completion of Secondary School Diploma
- 2 years experience with staff scheduling.
- Knowledge of Scheduling related provisions in pertinent collective agreements required.
- Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office Programs and related scheduling/payroll software.
- Experience in operating office equipment such as: photocopier, fax, printer, multiple line telephones & headset.
- Excellent keyboarding skills required.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- Must be willing and capable of working in fast paced environment.
- Flexible, self-directed and able to work effectively with mínimal supervision with the ability to adapt easily to changes in work assignments.
- Ability to process scheduling information in a time sensitive, accurate manner with attention to detail.
- Demonstrates effective customer service, organizational, interpersonal, communication, judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Must be available for all shifts including weekends, vacation replacement, sick time and paid holidays.
- Consistent and regular attendance required.
- Proficiency in both official languages (English & French) will be considered an asset.
- Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are a new hire requirement of the job unless you have an exemption based on medical or on a ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code
