**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction supervision, with a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects in the structural steel or construction industry.
- **Education**: Post-secondary education in construction management, construction engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting structural, architectural, and shop drawings to ensure that projects align with design specifications and industry standards.
- **Scheduling Expertise**: Extensive experience in developing and managing project schedules, with a solid understanding of critical path methodologies to prioritize tasks and meet project milestones.
- **Leadership Abilities**: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and mentor teams, ensuring they remain focused and productive throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey project information to clients, subcontractors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and implement solutions that keep the project on track and minimize delays.
- **Compliance & Safety**: In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and company policies, with a commitment to ensuring strict compliance across all project activities.

**Your Role at Steelcon**:
As a Senior Project Supervisor at Steelcon, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that every detail is executed according to plan, on schedule, and within budget. Your role will include:

- **Field Management**: Lead the field execution of large-scale projects, overseeing all phases of construction from planning through to completion. Ensure all project deliverables are met, and resources are utilized efficiently.
- **Team Leadership**: Guide, mentor, and inspire project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication.
- **Drawing Interpretation**: Accurately read and interpret structural, architectural, and shop drawings, guiding project execution to ensure precision and compliance with design specifications.
- **Schedule Management**: Develop and manage detailed project schedules, leveraging your expertise in critical path methodologies to prioritize tasks and ensure projects are delivered on time.
