- Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
- Prepare special cuts of meat as needed.
- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of meat products and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
