**SHIPPER/ RECEIVER/ GENERAL LABOUR**

**Job Duties**:

- Load/unload flat decks and dry vans with forklift
- Machine operating
- Material handling inside and outside the facility
- Packaging products and creating skids
- Maintaining inventory control
- Throwing waste into dumpsters
- Rearranging and keeping yard tidy
- General labor in a manufacturing facility
- Maintain shipping and receiving documents.
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods.
- Adherence to strict quality assurance procedures
- Maintain a clean, well organized warehouse and yard

**Requirements**:

- Forklift Certification
- Experience loading/unloading various types of vehicles
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Great hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand, bend, lift for long periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in both hot and cold weather
- Yard maintenance
- Snow clearing experience would be considered an asset
- Must have steel toed boots
- Must have vehicle as there is no public transportation
