Reporting to the Pre-Fab Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and monitoring of automated roll forming machines used in the production of various steel profiles and components. This role involves setting up equipment according to precise job specifications, ensuring material alignment and product consistency, and performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this position.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor automated roll forming machines used for metal profile production.
- Set up machines according to job specifications (dimensions, gauges, profiles).
- Ensure consistent material feed, alignment, and product quality throughout the production process.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on machinery as needed.
- Conduct quality control inspections on finished products to meet required standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Document production logs and report any malfunctions or quality issues promptly.

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating industrial machinery (experience with roll forming equipment highly preferred).
- Familiarity with metal fabrication processes and production of steel profiles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
