**Who We Are Looking For**:
Tupperware US and Canada is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to develop and execute merchandising programs, including Consumer, Host and sampling, that generate profitable sales growth. We are looking for someone who is passionate about empowering our community of Independent Reps with the product selection and product stories to grow their life-changing businesses.
**Who You Will Work With**:
- Business unit partners in Product Marketing, Finance, Marketing Operations, Training, Digital Marketing, Sales Force Programs & Promotions, Creative Services, Mold Shuttling, Production Planning, Demand Planning
- Product Marketing colleagues in other Tupperware Brands business units
- Global Tupperware Brands partners in Product Management, Marketing, Procurement, Mold Shuttling, Production Planning, Creative Services
**What You Will Work On**:
- Create Consumer merchandising offers that drive retail sales and meet or exceed GM targets.
- Create Host offers that drive party bookings and party average.
- Conduct physical and internet-based market research to help generate/validate merchandising product plans in the retail and direct sales environment.
- Define and provide all product details, including promotional pricing, for merchandising offers to meet business objectives, including driving key KPIs within gross margin targets.
- Create presentations and present merchandising plans and supporting strategy to management and all departments to support successful communication and flawless execution.
- In this role, you will also coordinate creative and operational process of monthly flyer production, short-term flyer production and manage relationships with all departments involved in process.
- Manage campaign support projects for each campaign, including by not limited to recipe cards, sampling forms, campaign guides, support videos Host Gift Sheets. This stretches from providing content direction to proofing final drafts.
- Communicate any and all changes/updates of marketing plans/promotions/programs to relevant departments by providing the promotional calendar and monthly business planning deck.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning and Manufacturing to determine product forecasts and manufacturing plans.
- Define usage plans for inactive and excess product as a result of merchandising offer discontinuations or undersells.
- Ensure all product positioning and features and benefits are maximized in all promotions targeting Consumers and Hosts.
- Monitor performance of Merchandising offers and prepare monthly post analysis.
- Assess trends and competitors’ strategy and provide recommendations to enhance competitive positioning.
- Monitor and code related department invoices.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred and 3-5 years of experience in relevant position.
**Required Skills**:
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Must be able to produce and give multi-media presentations.
- Must be able to create working spreadsheet models and analyze data.
- Excellent analytical skills, organizational skills and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills. Must maintain good working relationships with all department members to assist effectively.
- Able to handle multiple projects and prioritize projects independently.
- Fluent in Spanish and/or French a plus.
Pay: Up to $58,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
