Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will assist managers in their activities relating to the management of their human resources in accordance with collective agreements. Your mandate includes managing training and staffing.

You will participate in various special projects that fall under the human resources department such as:

- Develop, implement and maintain, or support, a strategic human resources management plan (vision, orientations, strategic objectives, etc.);
- Support the HRD in setting up and maintaining, or supporting, the reliability and expertise accreditations necessary to obtain certain contracts (eg ISO, CWB, military rating);
- Update the various human resources management tools; Define and support effective recruitment strategies to meet labor needs for operational and administrative positions;
- Carry out the complete staffing process (resume selection, pre-interview, interview, hiring, integration, etc.) Ensure international recruitment (from selection to integration and immigration);
- Maintain employee personnel files.
