_Inside Customer Service Representative _
Cambridge Label has an immediate opening for an Inside Customer Service Representative. This is a permanent full-time day on-site position with benefits. If you’re looking to work in a fast-paced and growing company, and enjoy a team atmosphere, this is the workplace for you

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their requests
- Prepare quotations for customers using our internal software program
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions; follow up to ensure resolution

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong phone skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of fractions and decimals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
