Sales Assistant/specialist

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data
- Support scheduling of meetings and demos for the sales team
- Prepare basic reports on outreach performance and sales pipeline metrics
- Assist with administrative tasks including follow-ups, CRM entries, and proposal drafts
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and materials.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
