**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking for an experienced Quality Manager with experience in turning and milling to join our talented team. As a Quality Manager at Mill-Turn Machining, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-precision components. **The Role and Responsibilities**:

- Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments including CMM.
- Maintain and calibrate precision measuring instruments such as dial indicators, fixed gauges, height gauges and other measuring devices.
- Compute dimensions and tolerances.
- Measure and lay out work pieces.
- May assist in set up and program machine tools for use by machining tool operators.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Create, complete, and maintain in process and final inspection reports.
- Possibly perform maintenance on machines and other tools and equipment around the shop.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables or study sample parts to assist determine machining operation to be performed, and plan best sequence of operations.
- Any other tasks as asked for by superiors.

**Qualifications**:

- Red Seal in Machining or related field (preferred)
- Experience in QC: 5+ Years
- Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 standards 1+ Years
- Experience of standard quality procedures including tool calibration 5+ Years

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
