A youth program is also available.

**POSITION INFORMATION**:
Teachers can work full time or part time by teaching in the morning, afternoon, and/ or evening.

$15.50- $18 CDN per hour to start with semi-annual pay raise evaluations.

We are looking for an excellent Corporate Trainer to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge. You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others. A corporate trainer is an experienced educator. Your abilities to convey a message should only be surpassed by a deep knowledge of your field. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess. The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of personnel.

**Responsibilities**:
Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions

Design effective training programs

Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.

Support and mentor new employees

Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement

Monitor employee performance and response to training

**Requirements**:
English teachers must speak English as their first language

Professional appearance and demeanor

Bachelor's Degree (any major)

Quiet area in which to work

Reliable computer (Windows-based computer or Mac) with at least 2 GB of RAM

Hard wired (exceptions are possible with good computer maintenance skills) High-Speed internet service (no Wifi) of at least 7Mbps

Webcam and Headset with a microphone

Consistent daily availability during our peak demand times

Immediately available to start (Consultable)

Punctual and Reliable

Friendly and Creative

**A minimum of 15 hours per week during these peak times**:
1) Sunday~Thursday 4 pm to 7 pm ET

2) Monday~Friday 4 am to 10 am ET

**Extra hours**: 4 pm
- 10 am EST

Teachers will have to start an hour early or late when DST starts and ends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour

Organizational and time management abilities

Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills

Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching

Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tool
