**K1 Speed Canada is looking for 2 Corporate Trainers to lead training in both Toronto and Mississauga locations.**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Please note that this position includes traveling between K1 Speed Toronto and K1 Speed Mississauga.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Become department experts for the Front of House and Track Departments
- Collaborate with Managers and HR for scheduling trainings, best practices practices, and training tools
- Train all new hires making sure to follow the K1 Speed Training Programs
- Continuously provide additional coaching/training to existing employees
- Motivate staff to ensure they display a great attitude towards customers and other employees
- Identify employees who are excelling in their role and those who need additional support
- Complete training audits ensuring all employees training documents are completed and filed
- Promote the K1 Speed brand/culture in multiple ways including supporting the opening of new locations

**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE HAS**:

- Minimum 3 years in a Supervisory/Management role
- Practical knowledge of Adult Learning Practices
- Ability to visit tracks in Ontario
- A great attitude and the ability to influence others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Developed experience in training and public speaking
- Successful working in teams and independently
- Ability to be agile and adaptable
- Will adjust schedule based on training/business needs
- Strength in managing multiple training projects at varying stages
- Has Smart Serve (or able to obtain before starting)

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
- Full time permanent position
- 8 hour shifts
- Ability to work holidays and weekends
- 75% working on the floor training employees
- 25% administrative work and meetings
- Reliable transportation between sites is a must
- Front of house includes cash, bar and lounge areas
