Vendasta is looking for a Product Manager who thrives on creating data-driven strategies and seamless partner integrations to shape the future of customer acquisition and engagement.
**About the Job**
As a Product Manager at Vendasta, you’ll drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product offerings. You'll lead initiatives that help our partners—marketing agencies, media companies, and technology providers—deliver powerful solutions to their SMB clients. With a strong focus on collecting business data within Vendasta’s platform and syndicating it to listing sources, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact features, build relationships with major industry players like Google and Apple, and contribute to a fast-paced, AI-driven platform.
**Your Impact**
As a Product Manager, you'll work with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success—to:
- Define and execute a product roadmap that aligns with Vendasta’s goals and partner needs.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery—translating business objectives and customer feedback into features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering to prioritize and deliver high-quality product experiences.
- Act as the liaison between Vendasta and key listing/data partners (e.g., Google, Bing, Meta, Apple, etc.), ensuring strong collaboration and alignment.
- Conduct research, analyze trends, and evaluate market dynamics to inform product direction.
- Drive product adoption, engagement, and satisfaction by leveraging analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback.
- Present product updates and strategy to stakeholders and executives.
**What You Bring to the Table**
You’re a strategic thinker and collaborative doer who loves solving complex problems and creating real value for users. You bring:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, growth-oriented B2B environment (preferably SaaS or marketplaces).
- Proven track record working with digital marketing technologies in the MarTech space.
- Hands-on experience with partnerships or integrations in listings syndication (e.g., Yext, Uberall, Google, Bing, Meta, Apple).
- Strong ability to define and prioritize product roadmaps and work within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Posthog, Looker, or Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
- Experience with API-driven platforms or AI/ML features is an asset
- Familiarity with customer research methods (e.g., usability testing, interviews, surveys).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
