**About the Job**
Are you passionate about solving important problems? Are you inspired by the opportunity to help local businesses thrive? Do you enjoy collaboratively crafting and executing on long-term strategies? Vendasta Technologies is seeking someone just like you to fill our role of Product Manager.
As a Vendasta Product Manager, you will guide the strategy and execution of one or more Vendasta owned-and-operated products. You will use data to identify and prioritize high-impact work by collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering insights from users and other stakeholders, and testing prototypes and features. Working with the leadership team, software developers, design and product marketing, you will build innovative and customer-focused products for small-to-medium-sized businesses, and the channel partners that serve them. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, ability to create and communicate a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
**The impact you’ll have**
- Own, manage, and deliver the vision, strategy, and execution of a Vendasta product.
- Drive the roadmap and prioritization of innovative and engaging features that solve our customers’ biggest problems
- Guide a product’s development, launch, measurement of success, and ongoing iteration alongside a skilled and passionate cross-functional team.
- Collaborate and communicate frequently with key stakeholders—including users, channel partners, sales, support, and the leadership team—to gather important insights that drive your product in the right direction
- Develop measurable objectives, track and measure user activity, learn and iterate quickly.
- Facilitate weekly business reviews and product backlog refinement sessions with development teams and stakeholders, to continually measure, learn and iterate your product towards meeting objectives.
- Prioritize and allocate resources against a variety of ongoing projects and releases across your cross-functional teams
- Define the problem and scope for a given epic and present backlog items and key milestones to make up product roadmap
- Work with development teams to ensure software is built according to the acceptance criteria and our software development principles.

- 4+ years in software/product management

- Proven leadership capabilities and ability to motivate and unify multiple cross-functional teams to work towards a common goal
- Strong communication skills—written and via presentation to an audience.
- Innovative and consistently curious—constantly seeking ways to improve our offerings based on industry trends, experience, common customer pain points, and competitor research
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities that prioritize across multiple key stakeholders, as well as internal teams
- Ability to make confident recommendations based on data analysis, customer insight and ongoing stakeholder engagement
- Previous experience working in a scrum/agile environment.
