**Position Summary**

Sasco Contractors Ltd is a dynamic and growing electrical contractor in Burnaby, BC committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our growing Data Communications team.

The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, working closely with project managers and teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

This position reports directly to the Division Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Initiation**

Coordinate and setup bid opportunities.

Assist the estimators with pre-qual documentation.

Coordinate the setup of new customers with the accounting department.
- **Resource Management - Project Planning and Execution**

Pull permits

Order and track materials as required and maintain in house inventory.

Issuance of supplier and subcontractor POs.

Pull service work orders and assist with service billings.
- **Documentation and Reporting**

***Assist Project Managers with contract setups, document control, and change orders and closeout documents.

Compile test results and as-built documentation.

Ensure that field reports are completed as required.

Ensure subcontractor compliance requirements are met and maintained.

Support budget tracking and expense reporting.
- **Administrative Tasks**

Help organize team events to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Assist with scheduling of meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of project coordinating experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Tech savvy with proficiency in using Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, SharePoint, Forms and Lists).
- Proficiency in SiteMax and BlueBeam is an asset.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective collaborator with project managers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
