Currently we are hiring for "**Azure database administrator**," with one of our Banking Customer - Toronto Mode: Full time with Kumaran Systems, Client : Banking Customer JD: - Creating/maintaining Logical and Physical data models - Data mapping of complex XML and JSON payloads to the data models - Conducting performance tuning for Azure SQL MI - Design and implement partitioning and archival strategies - Implement Change data Capture tools (e.g. Striim) - Using data migration tools like SQL Server Migration Assistant - Design and implement database roles and grant permissions - Working knowledge of various Azure services like Event Hubs, Data Lake storage, Blob storage - Effort estimation for analysis, design, development and testing for above work - You have experience working with waterfall methodology. Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies are an added advantage. - Understanding of large value payments and Wires, SWIFT, ISO 20022, LVTS/Lynx is also an asset. - You have strong verbal & written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to articulate yourself clearly to technology partners. - **You have a degree/diploma in **Computer Science, and/or a related field, and you’ve spent at least 4+ years in a Development role leading projects and designing solutions.
