PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
- Créer une équipe de talents engagés et axés sur la mode grâce au recrutement et à la planification de la relève.
- Offrir une expérience client omnicanale exceptionnelle et transparente en adoptant un état d’esprit « axé sur le client ».
- Optimiser les ventes et contrôler les coûts opérationnels grâce à d’excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en

établissement de priorités.
- Veiller à ce que tous les membres de l’équipe se conforment aux politiques, aux procédures et aux initiatives de marque de

l’entreprise par la formation et la communication.
- Veiller à ce que la marque du magasin soit alignée grâce à une présentation visuelle et à un affichage marketing impeccables.
- Fournir une formation continue et une rétroaction régulière axée sur le rendement à tous les membres de l’équipe.

PRINCIPALES EXIGENCES
- Un homme/femme d’affaires à l’avant-garde qui comprend le paysage de la mode d’aujourd’hui en constante évolution.
- Diplôme d’études secondaires (D.E.S.)
- Deux ans d’expérience à un poste de direction dans le secteur de la vente au détail ou des services
- Solides compétences en leadership
- Capacité à motiver les autres à atteindre les objectifs de vente.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en service à la clientèle.
- Capacité de travailler selon un horaire variable en fonction de votre État ou de votre province.
- Capable de plier, de soulever et de déplacer des boîtes de 35 lb (16 kg)

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, and various Head Office departments, the Store Manager is responsible for the profitable operation of one store. Embodying the ALDO Group’s values of integrity, love and respect, the Store Manager acts as a coach and mentor, fostering growth and development for all team members in support of the company’s purpose to build a world of love, confidence, and belonging.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Builds a fashion centric team of collaborative and engaged talent through recruiting and succession planning.
- Delivers an exceptional and seamless omni-channel client experience by embracing a “customer-obsessed” mindset.
- Maximize sales and control operational costs through excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Ensures all team members comply with company policies, procedure, and brand initiatives through training and

communication.
- Ensures the store is brand-aligned through flawless execution of visual presentation and marketing display.
- Provides ongoing training and regular performance-based feedback to all team members.
- Creates a diverse and inclusive atmosphere free from discrimination and harassment, reflective of our People-First

philosophy.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Business-minded trendsetter who understands today's ever-changing fashion landscape.
- High school diploma (D.E.S.)
- Two years of retail or service industry leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to motivate others to achieve sales objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Able to work flexible hours based on your state or province.
