Prestige Dental Clinic is currently looking to hire a friendly, and energetic Dental Receptionist for our dental clinic to join our busy and well established practice on a full-time basis. WE OFFER AND PAY THE TRAINING.

As a Receptionist, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from a strong team of dental professionals.

Salary offered: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Job status : Full-Time permanent

**Requirements**:
**Language**:

- Bilingual ( French and English). Other languages are an asset.

**Education & Experience**:

- Grade 12 Diploma (required)

**Knowledge**:

- Microsoft Office Suite

**Responsibilities**:
Performs all phases of a dental receptionist duties:

- Greet and assist patients courteously and professionally as they arrive and leave
- Schedule appointments in an organized and efficient manner by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
- Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
- Input and maintain electronic files of patients within the dental management system
- Maintain and organize an accurate and up-to-date patient records(patient records and charts)
- Submit insurance claims
- Invoice and process payments of patients
- Check on insurance benefits and eligibility and explain policies and processes to patients when needed

Expected hours: 33 - 35 per week
