**We are looking for an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead our technological infrastructure and systems.**

Reporting to senior management, the IT Manager plans, develops, implements, and manages all information systems and technology infrastructure. They ensure IT alignment with business goals, operational efficiency, data security, and technological support throughout all project phases—from estimation to execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** IT Strategy & Management**: Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives; manage the IT technician team.
- ** Infrastructure & Equipment Management**: Oversee IT assets (servers, networks, workstations, mobile equipment) and maintain the infrastructure’s organizational chart.
- ** Security & Compliance**: Implement robust cybersecurity measures (monitoring, campaigns); ensure compliance (e.g., Law 25) and business continuity.
- ** Budget & Procurement**: Develop, monitor, and optimize IT budgets; manage all procurement and equipment.
- ** Support & Training**: Coordinate user technical support and IT training for departments.
- ** Technology Watch**: Stay current with innovations to propose relevant solutions.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, GIS, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- ** Experience**: 7-10 years in IT, including 3-5 years in team or department management, ideally in construction or civil engineering.
- ** Business & Project Management**: Ability to optimize business processes (e.g., supply chain, procurement, inventory) and manage IT projects from end to end.
- ** Leadership & Strategy**: Proven leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills to anticipate and influence needs.
- ** Bilingualism**: French and English (spoken and written) required.
