About the Role
We are hiring a Administrative Specialist to support our Growth team. _This will be a _**_temporary position_**_ spanning from March to September._
This is a great opportunity for anyone who is passionate about sales and is looking to learn and grow in sales tech. Here is what the role entails:
- Arrange client meetings, schedule calls, follow up on quotes and otherwise help the sales team be as efficient as possible.
- Manage the Growth team's calendar.
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries and sales discovery calls.
- Help with organizing webinars.
- Any other duties that may come up.
About You
- At least 2 years experience in a fast-paced environment where you helped assist a sales person or team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands on experience working with MS Office Suite.
- Some experience with tech sales is a bonus.
- A reliable vehicle + Valid B.C. driver’s license.
- An avid learner of new things.
- Strong alignment with Culture Core Group's Values.
