Physiotherapy Assistant/clinic Receptionist

Progress Health Physio and Wellness is looking for a part time skilled and compassionate **Physiotherapy Clinic Physiotherapy Assistant/Receptionist** to join our team of healthcare providers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to join a growing healthcare organization and build their career. Should be able to start working last week of August
Expectations:
- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AT A PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINIC - MANDARTORY
- Must have experience submitting to various insurances, WSIB, and MVA
- Fluent in English. Conversation skills in additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, Tagalog, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Arabic, is an asset but not mandatory
- Provide comprehensive patient support through greetings, assistance, and appointment scheduling
- Optimize scheduling for efficient provider time and treatment room utilization
- Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette by answering calls promptly, providing clear and courteous communication, handling inquiries efficiently, and upholding confidentiality, contributing to a positive and professional image for the organization
- Maintain a welcoming reception area, addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Manage patient records, accounts, and financial information accurately
- Respond promptly to emergencies, uphold patient confidentiality, and adhere to operational policies
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
