**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive **Human Resource Generalist** to join our dynamic team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting employee engagement. This position requires a strong understanding of HR functions, excellent interpersonal skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they complete required paperwork and receive a smooth introduction to the company culture.

**Employee Relations**:

- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Mediate employee disputes and assist in resolving workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Training and Development**:

- Assist in organizing training sessions and professional development programs to improve employee skills and performance.
- Support career development initiatives and performance management processes.

**Compliance and Policies**:

- Ensure company policies, procedures, and practices comply with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.

**Benefits Administration**:

- Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and facilitate open enrollment processes.

**Employee Engagement and Retention**:

- Support employee engagement initiatives, helping to foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
- Assist with employee retention efforts through surveys, feedback sessions, and recognizing employee contributions.

**HR Administration**:

- Maintain accurate employee records, filing systems, and HR databases.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience as an HR Generalist or in a related HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 20 months

Pay: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
