Strategic Information Security Leadership: Align security strategies with industry needs, fostering innovative solutions balancing risk and investments to meet business goals.- Project Oversight and Compliance Expertise: Lead business critical retail projects, manage risk, change, craft policies, and ensure best practice industry-standard compliance.- Technical Expertise and Team Empowerment: Utilize extensive retail technology expertise to tailor solutions for evolving project demands. Inspire teams toward security excellence, advocating for process enhancements. Foster an innovative, inclusive, and efficient culture, driving heightened security standards and optimized workflows.- Innovation and Future-Proofing: Proactively anticipate future threats, driving the innovation of security solutions to maintain a leading edge in the dynamic retail landscape. Foster continuous adaptability and resilience against emerging security challenges.- Security Expertise and Incident Response Management: Strengthen ecosystem security and take charge of incident response. Assess and orchestrate remedial actions for vulnerabilities or incidents, ensuring swift resolution and fortified defenses against potential threats.- Frameworks, Compliance, and Technology: Implement industry-standard frameworks for evolving data privacy regulations and threat vectors. Leverage expertise in security, cryptography, Identify management, cloud technologies, DevOps, and SaaS providers to position systems at the forefront of technological advancements, safeguarding data with resilient security measures.- Vendor Management and Cost-Efficiency: Evaluate vendors strategically, enhancing threat response capabilities while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
