Medical Clinic Manager | Lead Operations at CityMed Medical Clinics in White Rock & Surrey, BC

**Description**:
CityMed Medical Clinic, a leading healthcare provider with locations in White Rock and Surrey, BC, is seeking an experienced **Medical Clinic Manager** to oversee daily operations and staff management at our state-of-the-art facilities. Located in the prestigious Foster Martin towers in White Rock and a modern clinic in Surrey, our clinics are equipped with advanced medical technology, 8 exam rooms, a treatment room, shared physician offices, and an on-site pharmacy.

As the Clinic Manager, you'll be responsible for managing clinic staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, handling financial planning, optimizing workflows, and enhancing patient care. You will oversee Med-Access EMR operations, support inventory and equipment management, and lead marketing efforts to attract and retain patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency and quality care.
- Hire, train, and evaluate clinic staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop and enforce clinic policies, maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient services.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in patient records using Med-Access EMR.
- Oversee inventory and ensure availability of essential supplies and equipment.
- Implement strategies to improve clinic performance and attract new patients.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years in medical clinic management.
- Proficiency in Med-Access EMR and medical software.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and financial management.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and integrity.

**Benefits**:
