(Annual Clinic Bonus Plan, Management + Fee For Service pay model available) Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, client-centred clinical assessments and treatment plans. Monitor client progress, ensure quality assurance, and support positive clinical outcomes. Lead and manage clinic operations, including performance metrics, financials, and workflow optimisation. Inspire and mentor clinical staff, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. Coordinate clinic scheduling, manage conflicts, and promote operational efficiency. Engage in community outreach and business development to drive clinic growth. Act as the clinic’s primary liaison with regional leadership and key stakeholders. Qualifications Licensed Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia. Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience, with 1–3 years in a leadership or management role. Strong business acumen and proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and KPIs. Excellent interpersonal, mentorship, and communication skills. Completion of advanced orthopaedic or manual therapy training is an asset.
