**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and expertise. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand automotive repair processes will be essential in providing accurate information and recommendations to our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs, ensuring customers understand the work being performed.
- Utilize strong sales techniques to upsell additional services that enhance vehicle performance and safety.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing customer accounts.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, contributing to a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an automotive dealership setting.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or experience in automotive repair is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
