**Parksville Services** is looking for a top-notch Service Advisor to add to our team

We are an automotive repair shop dedicated to providing exceptional automotive services to our valued customers. We take pride in offering a friendly and professional environment where both employees and customers feel welcome. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a **Service Advisor.**

**What We Offer**:
**Hours**: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (with occasional days going until 6pm)

**Salary**: $50,000 - $70,000/Year

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer concerns and document their service requirements
- Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timeframes
- Schedule appointments and communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates
- Liaise between customers and service technicians to ensure a smooth service process
- Explain service recommendations to customers and address any questions or concerns
- Process service orders and invoices accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s products and services
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolution
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow in the service department

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of vehicles and automotive systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with service management software
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in automotive technology is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 50 per week
