Galaxy RV is a division of Galaxy Motors (1990) Ltd. We are a growing business who has 5 Automotive dealerships and 2 RV locations. We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor for our Parksville RV location. Seeking a person who can contribute to our operations and into our future growth. As our Service Advisor you will be passionate about customer service and have an eye for detail. If you have the appropriate experience, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for managing the production workflow to ensure that profitability, productivity and customer goals are achieved
- Maintain efficient workflow for technicians
- Ensure technicians are working at high levels, delivering quality service;
- Sell Service Work
- Deliver quality work on time, every time to the customers
- Respond to all questions, problems and requests in an attentive, helpful and timely manner
- Ensure equipment is well maintained in a safe and clean work environment

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Must have technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer proficient - experience with PBS an asset
- Knowledge of manufacturer warranty programs
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Experience managing and dispatching service work
- Must be able to manage team of technicians
- Professional references to verify experience, expertise and skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
