Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Gymnastics Coach to join our dynamic team. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young gymnasts, teaching them new skills, and fostering a love for the sport. This is an opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share your enthusiasm for gymnastics.

**Duties**:

- Teach and instruct gymnastics techniques to students of all ages and skill levels
- Develop and implement training programs that are both challenging and fun
- Provide guidance and support to gymnasts as they work towards their goals
- Monitor and assess gymnasts' progress, offering constructive feedback and adjustments to their training techniques
- Maintain a safe and clean gym environment
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure a unified approach to gymnastics instruction
- Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship among gymnasts
- Participate in competitions and events as needed
- Stay current with the latest gymnastics techniques and trends

Qualifications:

- A strong background in gymnastics, with experience as a coach or competitor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students of all ages and skill levels
- Familiarity with gymnastics equipment and safety protocols
- Experience with educating gymnasts, including developing lesson plans and providing individualized feedback
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and ability to teach them in a clear and concise manner
- Minimum NCCP Level 1 gymnastics certification or registered to NCCP Level 1 course
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for teaching and mentoring
- First aid and CPR certification is preferred
