**Job description**
This is a part-time (shoulder season) to full-time (July-Sept) seasonal job, running from May through to mid-October.
The Challenge Course Manager’s (CCM) primary responsibility is to ensure that all participants using the challenge course elements have a safe and rewarding learning experience.
This is a senior management position that includes a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, as outlined below.
Qualities that are critical in the CCM include good judgment, flexibility, patience, and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Will be able to supervise all aspects of the Challenge Course including developing policies and procedures. The CCM often works independently, but must also be comfortable leading groups as well as working closely with others on projects such as facilitator and counselor training programs.
QUALIFICATIONS**:At least three seasons working at a ropes course or a comparable facility, including at least 3 seasons as a group facilitator.** Additional Skills: strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Certifications: ACCT Level II or CCM certification is preferred. Salary: contingent on education and experience level.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
