Looking for a **Receptionist / Coordinator** to join our growing team

Are you interested in or have you ever worked in the real estate industry? We are a small, vibrant and dynamic group of real estate agents, looking to systemize our processes and develop a strong foundation from which we can grow our business. We believe that hard work pays off and are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team and bring their strengths to the table to benefit the whole group.

Our team needs someone with very strong customer service and interpersonal skills to be the first point of contact of our business. This person will need to provide our customers with a second-to-none level of service. Our business depends on our customers, they are our priority and we take the utmost care of them.

Qualities Required:
Bilingual

Experience in customer service and scheduling

Be resourceful and persistent

Work Independently, self-motivated

Strong communicator

Able to coordinate with a team that is on the move

Offer administrative support where needed in the team

High level of attention to detail

Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Must be available some evenings and 1 weekend day

Tasks may include:
Schedule and coordinate a variety of appointments and property visits

Maintain client database

Some data entry

Some marketing tasks (mailing, social media, follow-ups)

Provide administrative support to the team

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Real Estate administration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English and French (required)

Work Location: In person
