**_Position Summary: _**
**This position is a 12 months Contract***
**Scheduling**
- **Hybrid Role with an expectation to be in person (in the Edmonton distribution center) at least 3 days a week (Mon, Tue, Wed)**
- **Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm MST**
**_Essential Functions: _**
- Collaborates with other departments to meet all customer needs, internal reporting, and customer record keeping.
- Participates in general sales meetings, promotions and facilitates food show registration. Assists with recall and other information sharing as required.
- Stay current with product offerings, market trends, and customer needs while learning about the organizational offerings and systems.
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills when dealing with unique or difficult situations.
- Provides support to sales representatives coordinating customer service, orders, credits, etc. during special events IE: Stampede, PNE, SNE, F1 Race, etc.
- Supports and assists DSR for vacation coverage and seasonally based on needs.
- Provides routing assistance for changes to deliveries such as time delays, adjustments in delivery days, etc.
- Details customer complaints, track the same issues that multiple customers have, and reports problems as necessary.
- Performs Other Duties as assigned.
**_Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: _**
- Must have good customer service and time management skills.
- Ability to perform 10-key data entry
- Must have excellent written, verbal, organizational and communication skills.
- High organized with a great attention to detail
- Encourages collaboration with others to achieve a common goal
- A self starter that can work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent computer skills
- Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be able to work independently or within a team environment.
- Ability to learn and use Genysis, Powersell, CRM, Gordon Ordering and other various systems
