The Quoting Specialist Team Lead’s (QS-TL) main responsibility is to assist in the post-sales process by providing exceptional customer service and overseeing a team that is responsible for issuing and matching quotes for orders in a timely manner. The QS-TL regularly connects with customers, internal departments, and our sales team. Join our team as we work to deliver the best solutions through innovation that helps Protect the Everyday.

**What your day will look like**:

- Prepare quotes in CRM and submit them to our customer service team
- Work closely with Customer Service and Channel Sales Teams and build solid relationships with their team leads
- Work cross functionally and build relationships with other core teams of Genetec’s back-office operations
- Manage the Quoting Specialist JIRA dashboard
- Recommend how we can improve our daily operations
- Follow-up on customer service requests for pending purchase orders (Req. Resolution)
- Schedule monthly meetings with EMEA and LATCAR counterparts
- Research technical information on product requests
- Miscellaneous other work as assigned by the Channel Sales Manager

- Team player
- Able to build relationships and develop trust with internal departments
- Interested in Technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Goal oriented, self-starter, able to work independently, but within a team environment
- Ability to present information clearly and concisely
- Attention to detail and process oriented
- Acumen for understanding of complex technology systems
- Fluent in English, written and spoken

**Great if you have**:

- Experience in the security industry
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience
- French, and/or additional languages
