We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead SEO Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the SEO Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing comprehensive SEO strategies while providing mentorship and strategic guidance to a team of SEO/SEM Specialists.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, user engagement, and conversions.
- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, data analysis, server log analysis, and website crawls to uncover opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate SEO best practices into website development and marketing campaigns.
- Prioritize and manage the implementation of SEO and PPC tasks.
- Lead and empower a small team of SEO/SEM Specialists, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with business objectives.
- Report on results monthly while communicating regularly on new developments, initiatives, and task implementation progress.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance team members' skills and expertise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Must haves**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist or in a similar role.
- 1+ years of experience leading and managing a team of SEO/SEM specialists.
- Advanced knowledge of tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush.
- Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns in Google Ads.
- Strong communication skills and business acumen.
- High level of autonomy and self-motivation.
- Resourceful, proactive, and creative problem solver.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven success in planning and implementing comprehensive SEO and PPC strategies.

Nice to haves:

- Experience leading a team
- Experience working on large-scale websites, technical SEO, and international SEO.
