**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Review and verify billing data for accuracy
- Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions
- Assist customers with inquiries related to billing and payments, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or PeopleSoft for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies
- Adhere to payment terms when necessary to facilitate timely collections
- Prepare and complete ad hoc tasks as needed to support regular activities

**Skills**
- Ability to stay positive and focused during busy period and sudden influxes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong understanding of financial services and accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft office is a must, including QuickBooks, Sage, or PeopleSoft or other in house systems
- Ability to perform detailed account analysis and resolve discrepancies
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Effective negotiation skills to manage payment discussions
- Familiarity with phone etiquette in a professional setting
