Cambridge Mill is currently hiring a professional team member to fill the role of Shipper and Receiver. This is a full-time position which requires day, evening, holiday and weekend availability. A flexible schedule with the needs of the business as paramount is required.

This position is a senior role which requires a dedication to the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire property - with a focus on the kitchen storage areas, fridges, freezers and dishwashers.

The Receiver at Cambridge Mill will be responsible for the following duties... (including but not limited to)
- Taking full responsibility for all deliveries.
- Checking each delivery for accuracy and product quality under the supervision of the Chef.
- Unpacking and storing dry goods and perishable goods appropriately.
- Checking and signing invoices as items are delivered.
- Always dating and rotating items under the direction of the Chef.
- Operate the industrial dishwasher.
- Take responsibility for the preventative maintenance on all dishwashing equipment
- Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary
- Empty and clean all trash receptacles
- Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources
- Clean dish storage
- Follow sanitation policies at all times
- Perform opening, closing and side work
- Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately
- Assist the custodian staff in addressing any sanitation or janitorial issues.
- Direct the dishwashing staff in their duties, taking a leading role in training.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
