Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the** Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator **will:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create compelling graphic designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital content.
- Assist in curating video content, including editing and adding visual effects to produce high-quality promotional videos.
- Contribute to corporate event marketing and branding for trade shows, conferences, and company-sponsored events.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop event themes, branding concepts, and engaging activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' marketing strategies to contribute innovative ideas to the marketing team.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative input to enhance marketing strategies.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand message across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate effectively with the Marketing Manager to understand project requirements, deadlines, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain a database of event-related contacts, vendors, and resources for future reference.
- Assist in creating event-related marketing materials, including invitations, banners, signage, and promotional items.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop project pursuit presentations, utilizing graphic design skills to create visually engaging and persuasive materials.
- Conduct site visits to ongoing projects to capture photographs and videos that showcase our company's capabilities and achievements.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a comprehensive library of photographs, ensuring easy accessibility for marketing purposes.
- Performing other duties as required.

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
**Education and Experience**
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of construction industry terminology, processes, and trends is highly desirable.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design projects is required.
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a construction field is preferred.
**Work Conditions**
- This is a full-time position
- Overtime as required
- Walking through uneven grounds on construction sites when necessary
- Navigating around obstacles on construction sites when necessary

**Compensation**: $50,000 - $75,000/year + 5% RRSP + 100% Employer-paid Extended Health & Dental benefits package + Life Insurance + LTD.
