We specialize in the dynamic marketing and sales of brand-new condominiums and townhomes (often known as "presales"), working closely with developers to bring fresh and innovative residential projects to life. We’re looking for a talented Creative Manager to join our team and lead creative initiatives that make an impact. Please Note: This role requires you to be on-site in our Maple Ridge office from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Applicants should either live in the Lower Mainland or be willing to commute. Day-to-day activities include assisting with: - Graphic design - Print and Digital - Branding and Logo Creation - Signage and Billboard Creation - Booklet and Layout design - Photography and Photo editing - Lighting, Filming and Directing a film shoot - Video post-production (including editing, sound design, colour correction and graphics) - Video pre-production (script-writing, storyboarding, shot lists) - Web-design and some UI/UX design - Social Media Content Creation - Social Media Ads - creating and managing - Google Ad and keyword management - Brainstorming meetings with our marketing team - Hiring, recruiting, managing and quality control of photographers, videographers, web designers, rendering animators, etc - Supporting our Sales and Marketing Director with various tasks **Required Skills**: - Valid Drivers license & reliable vehicle - Post-Secondary diploma or degree in Marketing/related field OR 3 years of relevant marketing/creative work experience - Strong understanding of the English language - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) - In-depth understanding of social media platforms, paid and organic - Experience with filming from pre-production to post-production - Strong understanding of graphic design rules and principles - Experience with quality control, feedback and revisions across numerous creative mediums - Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Excel) - Experience managing a team, sub-trades or volunteers - Adaptability - ability to bounce between multiple projects/tasks throughout a day - Ability to work with a team and independently - Experience using Gsuite programs (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc) - A good sense of humour Assets (not required, but nice to have) - Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry - Your own DSLR or mirrorless camera The Partners Marketing Group is a living wage, equal opportunity employer. Salary starts at $60,000 per annum. In addition to two weeks’ vacation, additional time off will be awarded during a period at year-end called “Christmas Shut Down”(details at interview).
