**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as food items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients, reporting any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods while managing time effectively.
- Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere, offering help and recommendations as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Experience with cashiering or operating a POS system is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and beverage crafting.

Pay: $15.25-$19.00 per hour
