**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment to make quality drinks
- Assist customers in choosing beverages by providing information on products
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using POS systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers

**Requirements**:

- Should be available to Open the Store at 5AM Sharp in the mornings during the weekdays
- Proven work experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Experience with cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus
