Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista/Cashier to join our team at our busy café. As a Barista/Cashier, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, and handling cash and card transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring that customers are provided with an exceptional experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and take their orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences
- Operate the cash register and handle cash and card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including keeping the coffee and tea station clean and stocked
- Provide customers with exceptional service, answering their questions and addressing any concerns they may have
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a barista or cashier preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Basic math and computer skills

**Salary**: From $15.25 per hour
