Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Operate embroidery machines to stitch logos, names, and designs onto uniforms and promotional apparel.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in placement, color matching, and stitching.
- Prepare garments by properly hooping and positioning materials.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance.
- Inspect finished products to meet company and customer quality standards.
- Keep workstations clean and organized.
- Assist with order tracking, packaging, and shipping.

Qualifications:

- Experience with embroidery machines and heat press equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications precisely.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Computer skills for machine programming, file setup, microsoft and cloud based software.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with design software.
- Knowledge of screen printing and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
