**Position Details**
Currently our Solutions Centre team is looking for Solutions Specialists. In this role, you would handle customer service and roadside inquiries for Xperigo’s client base and recommend contact centre improvements to increase the efficiencies within the Solutions Centre, as well as to better meet the needs of our clients.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Handle customer requests from Xperigo’s client base for roadside assistance, automotive concerns and program associated inquiries
- Provide process and product knowledge assistance and support for incoming inquiries and issues related to the various programs and system tools
- Arrange required service through the CAA, AAA or client network
- Recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the Solution Centre as a whole
- Achieve or exceed key performance targets
- Make decisions on service exceptions and customer resolution opportunities
**What You Need to Succeed**:
- Bilingual in English/French
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in customer service and/or inbound contact centre
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Strong Canadian and US geographical knowledge
