**Best Restaurant Group** is now hiring all levels of BOH kitchen staff to work at our _VIRTUAL KITCHENS_ across the city.

**Locations include**

**2806 Victoria Park in North York**
**1208 Bloor St W**
**364 Danforth Avenue**

**The Position**
- Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies.
- Execute made from scratch recipes
- Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing mise en place.
- Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods such as Rational Combi-Ovens to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces during and at the end of the shift.
- Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs.
- Learn a new approach to preparing and cooking food
- Experience working in a fast paced kitchen
- 2+ years experience in a similar position.
- In-depth knowledge of food principles and best practices.
- Passion for creating incredible food that delights and attracts customers.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Creative, innovative thinking.
- Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health and safety.
- Available to work on call, shifts, after hours, over weekends and on holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
