**About the Role**

The Assistant Registrar works primarily at our busy front desk providing customer service to our students and patients. With a diverse array of responsibilities, the Assistant Registrar is a pivotal team player who collaborates between departments to contribute to a positive student experience.

**Typical Job Duties**
- Opening and/or closing the campus as scheduled
- Assisting program deans in the review of student’s progress and graduation
- Assisting Bookkeeper with daily bookkeeping tasks
- Enjoys working with people in a customer-oriented role
- Superior organization and communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Works well on a team as well as independently
- Is interested in contributing to a holistic health community
- Is passionate about the student experience
- Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping experience is an asset but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
