- **Head office is located near the Ahuntsic/Chabanel area.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Communicate daily with makers
- Track/ Verify/comment on lab dips, strike offs & AOPS
- Request samples: fit, PP, sales samples; photoshoot
- Work with merchandiser, sales and customer service Depts.
- Manage ETD dates
- Work with accounting on what is required to pay
- Inform sales when ETD extensions are required
- Approve bookings/ advise Traffic Coordinator
- Participate in weekly Production meetings

**Knowledge, skills and qualifications**:

- Understand the production cycle
- Good design eye/ strong attention to detail
- Strong communications skills (Mandarin asset)
- Organized, detail oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Knowledge on aspects of garment testing
- Strong excel skills
