**About the role**

**What you'll do**
- Own DeFi Product Strategy- Craft and iterate the vision and roadmap for our DeFi products (including AlphaSwarm), mapping user needs to protocol KPIs and business goals.
- Translate AI-agent capabilities into concrete liquidity, staking, and risk-management features.
- Drive Execution & Delivery- Lead cross-functional squads from discovery through to product/feature launch, ensuring on-time, high-quality releases.
- Write clear specs, groom backlogs, run sprints, and coordinate QA for every contract, UI, and data service.
- Amplify User & Market Insight- Interview traders, LPs, DAO treasuries, and agent developers to validate needs, pain points and feature ideas.
- Track AI, DeFi, and Layer-2/Rollup trends to keep Theoriq differentiated and forward-compatible.
- Embed Risk & Compliance- Partner with security, legal, and audit vendors to ship battle-tested smart contracts.
- Integrate real-time monitoring for TVL, slippage, oracle health, and agent behavior anomalies.
- Grow Community & Ecosystem- Engage in governance forums, Discord servers, and hackathons; convert top contributors into beta testers.
- Leverage your Web3 network to recruit design-partners, liquidity providers, and integration allies.
- Provide Thought Leadership- Represent Theoriq at conferences, podcasts, and Twitter/X Spaces, articulating how AI-agent swarms will reshape capital markets.
- Publish product updates and deep dives that build credibility with both developers and institutional audiences.
- Collaboration with Go To Market- Work with marketing to define product packaging and positioning
- Work with business development to support and prioritize customer opportunities
- Define customer segmentation and prioritization of segments to target

**Qualifications**
- You possess end-to-end product-management expertise, including road-mapping, writing user stories, grooming backlogs, and delivering iterative releases in senior or lead roles.
- You have shipped at least one DeFi product - such as a DEX, lending market, derivatives platform, or asset-management vault - from concept to a successful mainnet.
- You are fluent in AI fundamentals and can clearly explain how agent architectures, large-language-model workflows, or reinforcement-learning strategies unlock new DeFi primitives.
- You maintain an active network across multiple Web3 communities and DAOs, allowing you to secure partners, auditors, and liquidity sources when needed.
- You have a solid grasp of Solidity and EVM design patterns, understand oracle design and gas-optimization techniques, and can evaluate on-chain risk-management frameworks.
- You are skilled at defining and tracking key metrics such as TVL, trading volume, utilization rates, and alpha versus beta returns, and you use data experiments like A/B or canary tests to guide decisions.
- You excel at aligning engineers, designers, researchers, and community stakeholders around a shared vision and turning that alignment into consistent execution.
- You thrive in fast-moving startup environments, embrace ambiguity, and treat constraints as opportunities for creative solutions.
- You are genuinely excited about building ethical, community-centric technology at the intersection of AI and decentralized finance.
